We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not collect wallet addresses, trading history or anything you hold.

Why We Are Allowed to Hold It

• Legitimate interests - server logs and aggregate analytics, so the site works and we can see what is read. You can object at any time.
• Consent - any non-essential or advertising cookie. Withdraw it whenever you like; it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give.
• Contract - where you have bought advertising or a paid placement from us.
• Legal obligation - tax records, and responding to a lawful request.

Who Else Sees It

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who need it to run the service, each under contract:

• Hosting and content delivery
• Analytics
• Advertising partners, only if one is ever used to deliver a directly sold banner. Our slots are sold directly, with no programmatic backfill
• Professional advisers, and any authority making a lawful request

The named providers in use at any time are listed in the cookie notice, which we update when one changes.

Where Your Data Goes

Our servers and most of our providers are in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, that is a transfer outside your region. We rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or an adequacy decision where one exists, and we will send you a copy of the relevant terms on request.

Your Rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a portable copy, to object to processing, and to complain to a regulator.

• EEA and UK - access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
• India - access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Our grievance officer is reachable at contact@investin.news.
• California - the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

Write to contact@investin.news and we will reply within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm you are who you say you are, and nothing more.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to systems holding personal data is limited to people who need it, with multi-factor authentication. We do not hold card details. If a breach ever puts you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant regulator within the time the law allows.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will change this page as the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and anything that materially affects you will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Terms of Use

The agreement between you and BitWorld Media INC when you use InvestIn.News. Short version: read freely, do not scrape us, and never treat anything here as advice.

1. Agreement

By using investin.news you agree to these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site. These terms are between you and BitWorld Media INC, registration number 806442908, of 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States.

2. What this service is

InvestIn.News has three parts, and the terms differ for each:

• The stream - headlines from other publishers with our own short summary, a direction tag and a link back. The underlying reporting belongs to the publisher credited on each item. We do not reproduce their articles.
• Originals - journalism written by our own named staff. This is our work.
• Sponsored and press releases - paid placements supplied by third parties, labelled as such on every page. We do not write, commission, verify or endorse them.

3. Nothing here is advice

The site is published for general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and no relationship of trust or advice arises between us because you read something here. Read the risk disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Our content, and what you may do with it

The Originals, the summaries, the design, the software, the name InvestIn.News and the logo belong to BitWorld Media INC or our licensors. You may read, print and share a link. You may quote up to 100 words with clear attribution and a working link to the page you took it from.

You may not republish whole articles, mirror the site, remove attribution or labels, or present our work as your own. Syndication is available - write to contact@investin.news.

5. Automated access

Do not scrape, crawl beyond what robots.txt permits, harvest email addresses, or use the site to train a model without a written agreement with us. Do not attempt to overload, probe or circumvent any part of the service. We may block any address that does.

6. Third-party content and links

The stream links to other publishers, and adverts link to advertisers. We do not control those destinations, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for what they publish, collect or do. Follow a link and their terms apply, not ours.

7. Accuracy, and the limits of it

Summaries on the stream are generated automatically and labelled. Prices, indices and flow figures are indicative, delayed, and sourced from third parties. We sample summaries daily for accuracy and correct what we find, but we do not warrant that anything on the site is complete, current or error-free. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it - see our corrections policy.

8. Advertising and paid placements

Paid content is labelled on the page, in the feed and in structured data, and outbound links carry rel="sponsored". Advertisers have no access to or influence over the newsroom. Buying a placement does not buy coverage, and it does not buy removal of coverage. Full terms for advertisers are in the order confirmation, and take precedence over this page for that relationship.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BitWorld Media INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any lost profits, lost trading opportunity or lost data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

If your use of the site in breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Cookie Notice

What gets stored on your device when you read InvestIn.News, who sets it, and how to turn it off.

The Short Version

We set no cookies. Two small entries are kept in your browser’s local storage: your theme, if you choose one, and your answer to the consent banner. We run no analytics or advertising trackers today. If we ever add any, they stay off until you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time from the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page.

Third Parties

There are currently no advertising or analytics partners, and no third-party scripts on the site beyond Google Fonts, which serves our typeface and receives your IP address when a page loads. If a partner is ever added, it will be named here before it is switched on. Each partner publishes its own privacy notice, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide through the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative, or Your Online Choices in Europe.

Turning Them Off

• Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.
• Clear this site’s data in your browser settings. The site will still work, but it will forget your theme and ask about consent again.
• Send a Global Privacy Control signal and we will treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing.

Local Storage

The theme preference and your consent choice are held in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie. They stay on your device, we cannot read them, and clearing your browser data removes them.

The Risk Is Real

• Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose the entire value of a position, quickly.
• Past performance tells you nothing about what happens next.
• Many assets are thinly traded. The price you see may not be the price you get.
• Protocols fail, bridges get drained, exchanges freeze withdrawals and custodians go under.
• In most jurisdictions crypto holdings are not covered by deposit insurance or an investor compensation scheme.
• Rules change. An asset that is legal to hold today may not be tomorrow.

Take independent advice from someone licensed in your jurisdiction before you commit money. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

Market Data

Prices, market capitalisations, dominance figures, sentiment indices and rate probabilities come from third parties. They are indicative, they are delayed, and they are not execution prices. Every panel on the site shows the date its data refers to. Check it.

AI-generated Summaries

Summaries and direction tags on the stream are produced automatically and labelled on every item. They are a signpost to the publisher’s reporting, not a substitute for it. Editors sample them daily and correct errors, but automated summarisation can misread emphasis, nuance and conditionality. When a story matters to you, follow the link and read the original.

Forward-looking Statements

Analysis on this site may contain expectations, projections and estimates. They are opinions held at the time of writing, they are not guarantees, and we are under no obligation to update them.

Conflicts

Our staff publish their holdings on their profile pages and may not trade an asset they have written about within 72 hours of publication. No exchange, token issuer or fund holds equity in BitWorld Media INC. Paid placements are labelled and are kept out of the newsroom. If you believe something on this site is conflicted and undisclosed, tell us and we will investigate.

Where This Applies

The site is operated from the United States and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where publishing or accessing it would be unlawful. You are responsible for knowing whether it is lawful for you to hold crypto assets where you live.

What We Publish, and What We Do Not

For every item on the stream we publish a headline, a short summary written by us, the publisher’s name, the publication time and a link. We set the publisher as the canonical destination on every item. We do not store or display article bodies, we do not strip bylines, and we do not host publishers’ photographs except where the image was supplied in the feed for that purpose.

If You Publish One of Our Sources

You can change the arrangement or come off the list entirely. Write to contact@investin.news from an address at your domain, tell us the feed, and say what you want:

• Remove us - we stop ingesting and delete existing items within one business day.
• Headline only - we drop the summary and keep headline, credit and link.
• Change the credit - a different display name, logo or link target.

No argument, no delay, no requirement to explain. The current status of every feed is public on the sources page, including feeds that have been removed on request.

Copyright Notice

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@investin.news with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Under 17 U.S.C. §512 it must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorised to act for them.
• Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
• The URL of the material on our site, precise enough for us to find it.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

We act on complete notices within one business day. We will tell you what we did and, where appropriate, notify whoever posted the material.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice with your signature, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material after ten business days unless we are told a court action has been filed.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts and remove feeds belonging to anyone who repeatedly infringes.

Correcting the Record

A takedown is not the only remedy. If a summary of your reporting is wrong or misleading, write to us and we will correct it and note the change on the item - usually faster than a formal notice, and it leaves your story visible.
